With the new study in Harvard Women's Health Watch, what are you recommending for hormone thereapy.  I have no female history of heart disease or cancer (Dad had both).  Both mother and mother's mother had Alzheimer's and osteoporotic disease.  I've been on elestrin estradiol gel .06% and vaginal cream for about 8 months (age 64.5).  Loved it.  At my physical OB/GYN wants to take me off all but cream.  I'm having disturbed sleep, hot flashes, leg cramps, vaginal dryness, just reducing the…
